Summary0019909: Cannot install with MySql Database
Description

Installing on web server with database on DB server, port 3306 is open between them, can ping servers, when I try to install Mantis everything is good until attempting to connect to db as admin - that fails with this error: database as admin BAD
Does administrative user have access to the database? ( A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. ) ( see attached)

This is not a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to configure the system). I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required".

Please use the forums, the mantisbt-help mailing list or IRC to get support on customizing and using MantisBT (refer to http://www.mantisbt.org/support.php for links and further details).

BTW, PHP 5.6.0 might be no good choice
a) MantisBT 1.2.x is tested using PHP 5.3, 5.4, 5.5
b) there are newer versions since 5.6.0 with lot's of fixes
