Summary	0009689: Missing needed fields clear forces error and when back on mask, every fields are cleared
Description	We really enjoing using Mantis as bugtracker, but it happens very often than someone enters a lot of text to the fields (when adding a new bug) and miss one needed field. This forces an application error number 11: "A needed field was empty". The instructions below this error message tells the user to use the back button uf their browser, but when they do this, all fields are cleared and none of the previous entered text is available. Is there any workaround for this problem? Do it need special browser settigns? This works on the most of the pages in the net...
Steps To Reproduce	Add a new bug, miss one of the needed fields and press submit.

Is the filter (which is based on project) which gets lost when I switch to another project and then back to the original one the same problem? Set a filter on a project (call it project "a"), and use it Select another project (call it project "b") Select original project "a" Filter which was set in 1. is gone...
