Summary | 0009201: Link in registration email not complete when using entourage | ||||
Description | When using entourage email client(the outlook equivalent on mac), there are parts of the link in the registration email missing. As you may notice, '&confirm' is missing. As a result, when trying to use the link, an application error #200 rises: 'A required parameter to this page (confirm_hash) was not found'. | ||||

Off-hand, it sounds like an Entourage bug. Can you please find out what version of Entourage it is? |

Can you also use whatever Entourage's equivalent of the "View Source" command is, and see whether the link is correct in the source of the message? |

This is the answer I got from my collegue who uses entourage: "It is an Entourage problem. The source code shows the correct link (except for including some extra stuff at the end) but the body of the e-mail shows the incorrect link. Bug can be closed |
