Summary0007375: Italian UTF8 localization file
Description

I spent some time reviewing and updating the italian messages for
Mantis. Given that I mostly use UTF-8 environments these days, I used
that encoding and changed the filename accordingly.

It is up-to-date with latest strings_english.txt in CVS.

Additional Information

I sent the file to the mantis-lang ML, but maybe it got dropped since I'm not subscribed.

since the attachment is missing, I assume they weren't migrated from the old mantisbt.org site...

I uploaded a new catalog, where even the error messages are translated. I used .bz2 since I couldn't remove the previous missing version of the file.
