Summary0004570: Option to show all users in All Projects filter
Description

Please add an option to show all users in the Assigned To filter when All Projects is selected. Currently only Any, None and Myself are shown. For project management purposes it would be very useful to be able to see what specific people are doing.

I was ready to submit the same thing. It's very annoying if you cannot view which bugs are assigned to someone, esspecially for large projects.

Please enable to show all developers in the 'Assigned To' filter when All Projects is selected.
Personally I've got 10 projects and sometimes a person is developer in 2 projects and he cannot filter for himself!
