| Summary | 0003992: LDAP user replication & MD5 fallback | ||||
| Description | If LDAP is active, it would be nice to see Mantis replicate the user e-mail and password into its internal database. That way if the LDAP server is unavailable, Mantis could authorize with the same user/password against its own data. Also this would make it possible to combine users from LDAP and external users. Right now an LDAP user can make a typo on the email address, still logon into Mantis over LDAP, but never receive updates via e-mail. | ||||
