Description	This is needed in the implementation of the "My View" page (0003739). However, it may be a useful addition to the filtering in general.

Currently, you have the following on the main page: Open and assigned to me:0 Open and reported by me:0 It would be nice, when there is an option like: My Monitored bugs:10 and to list the (my) monitored bugs.
