Summary	0003645: RSS Feed says "Access Denied"
Description	When i try to load the RSS Feed for a given project (news_rss.php?project_id=1) in my own Mantis bugtracker it says "ERROR: Access denied (for me actually in Dutch). What could be the possible reason for this?
Steps To Reproduce	Go to http://www.youdomain.com/mantis/news_rss.php?project_id=1 and try it you self.
Additional Information	Tried to change the project status from private to public, but doesnt help.

Anonymous people do not have access, while I have selected some people who may only report bugs. So, the RSS Feed is not for me... :-P Maybe the documentation can be updates with this information?
