Summary	0003629: Duplicate Error ID
Description	In constant_inc.php, Error 'ERROR_BUG_DUPLICATE_SELF' has the same ID as 'ERROR_BUG_RESOLVED_ACTION_DENIED'. So correct error message is not displayed. Also 'ERROR_LDAP_UPDATE_FAILED' and 'ERROR_LDAP_USER_NOT_FOUND' also has the same ID.
