Description	I need to fill some custom fields only on resolving bugs. this fields should not be visible at reporting by option.

grangeway 2004-06-29 16:44 reporter ~0005818	This issue is fixed in CVS and should make it into the 0.19 release. The custom fields are however 'visible' when updating a bug, but can required a valid value before a bug can be resolved
