Summary	0022482: Task key no longer shown for Mylyn 3.21 or newer
Description	Following https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=497412 the task id is no longer used by default as a key and the task list no longer prints out the task id in front of the tasks. We should explicitly set the task key to restore the functionality.

Sorry for the long delay. 3.12.0 is now available on the update site.
