Summary	0020610: filter settings are randomly changing, has search entries i never entered
Description	Somes I open the bug-tracker and see filter-settings and/or search-entries from other users. For example the search-field will have entry "server" but I never searched for that.
Additional Information	The report at 'original' bugtracker https://springrts.com/mantis/view.php?id=3560 These comments show that I do not sleepwalk and that it is searches of other users: https://springrts.com/mantis/view.php?id=3560#c12937 This is happening since 2013 until now in 2016. Since then I have moved houses, changed computers, re-installed OS, changed ISP,.. I also cleared cookies and deleted browsercache. (I did all just to get rid of this bug.)

There is button [Login Anonymously] but I do not know for sure if that means the anonymous account is enabled. I never click that, instead going from https://springrts.com/mantis directly to "View Issues" page.
