Summary0015953: 'Could not instantiate mail function' error with safe mode=ON
Description

Current version of phpmailer 5.2.1. has problem with sending email throught mail() function on some servers (Could not instantiate mail function). Propably becouse of missing some options.
Anyway upgrading to version 5.2.4 solve the problem.

Is there a special reason that you installed 5.2.4 and not the latest 5.2.6?

I guess no, I didnt check for latest version, I just used one from another project which was 5.2.4.
