Summary	0013939: Cannot send mails via Microsoft Exchange server
Description	Hi, I tried to use the exchange server to send mails bug I fialed. I also tried to modify /library/phpmailer/class.phpmailer.php in issue #12355 but still doesn't work. Is there anyway to solve this?
Steps To Reproduce	Install mantisbt. Modify config.inc. Set mail server to "exchange.xxx.com" Set account like "Nic.Wang". set password like "1231321" Set mail_method to "SMTP" Send a mail through mantis. Notice that I didn't receive the mail

NicWang 2012-02-22 01:08 reporter ~0031288	I also tried to use other SMTP server like "SMTP.sina.com" and it worked, but just doesn't work with my exchange server.
