Summary	0012865: Twitter integration no longer posts updates on resolution
Description	Twitter have changed their authentication protocol. Seems that twitter does not longer support the authentification method used by MantisBT. They decided to support OAuth. http://dev.twitter.com/pages/oauth_faq
