Summary	0012698: custom field name with capital special character - Manage Columns problem
Description	It's a really minor bug. If we use a custom field name with a capital latin2 character: like: Óraszám / hours And we want set up this field in manage columns to set up View Issues Columns* example, mantis show only an error: Manage Columns: Field "view_issues" contains invalid field "custom_órászam / hours". working well with: orászam / hours Orászam / hours órászam / hours only capital "Ó" is a problem.
