| Description | When “update issue status” = off in Workflow Thresholds, users are still allowed to update the issue status. The “Change Status To” button and dropdown combo box still appear in View Issue page. This happen to all access level (i.e. viewer, reporter & etc.)

| Steps To Reproduce | 1.Access “Manage > Manage Configuration>Workflow Thresholds” to set “Update Issue Status” off for reporter.
2.Login as reporter.
3.Click View Issues.
4.Click on any issue with status “new”.
The “Change Status To” button and dropdown combo box appear bottom of “View Issue Details” box. |

| Additional Information | However we installed 3 copies Mantis 1.2.0 in our office as following:
A.Mantis 1.2.0, windows version
B.Mantis 1.2.0, windows version
C.Mantis 1.2.0, linux version
Only copy A works fine and the rest behave as mentioned. |
