0011209: User-defined field MultiSelectionField being reapeated in history without change

Summary	0011209: User-defined field MultiSelectionField being reapeated in history without change
Description	After every change being made in an issue, the custom made field of the type MultiSelectionField will appear as first entry in the history log even if nothing has changed within this specific list.
Additional Information	This problem has been reported as solved in 1.2.0rc1 in 0009235 but still occurs at least in 1.2.0rc2 and at least for fields of the type MultiSelectionField. To open a new issue seems not to be the correct way to hanlde this. However, I tried to reopen 0009235 without success. I then added a note to 0009235 but did not get an answer.
