Summary	0010765: Can't open Word Doc bug file attachments of more than 2 Mb.
Description	File uploads to DISK without error and can be found in the specified path, but only .docs that are less than 2Mb can viewed via the bug attachment link. PHP5 is restricted by approx. 2Mb readfile() function. Some forum suggested using readfile_chunked instead. This would be applicable in file_download.php (and maybe other files). Is this a fix that you guys (gals?) can put together?
Steps To Reproduce	configure file_upload to DISK and maximum file size of 8Mb in all required files (mantis and php.ini) log a test issue and attach 2 Word documents (.doc) of 4Mb size and less than 2Mb size respectively submit the test issue view the issue and click the file attachment links Observed: file over 2Mb produces MS Word error while file under 2Mb opens fine Expected: if I'm allowing file upload of 8Mb, we would like to be able to open the file attachments successfully
