Marking this as suspended - whilst the documentation needs improving, I'm not really sure this bug is going to help to do that.

Lets mark it as closed instead.

After 5 years, having an old reference to a list of old placeholders isn't really going to help us update the docs - we'd be better looking at the docs and submitting a patch.

My point is more to fix this bug we'd need updating information from the reporter as to what placeholders still need updating after 5 years and it's going to be a lot easier to get the updated status by reading the manual then be going back to BAMaustin for an update to this bug.
