Summary	0010255: Need Updated By column in view issues page?
Description	Need a new column Updated By in view_all_issues page? As we have a field named last_updated with 'DATETIME' attribute. It would be nice to have Updated_by field in view_all_issues page, so that one can know who has updated for the last time.

We have a similar column named 'Updated' which has a datatype DATETIME; instead if we also have updated_by it would be nice.
