| Description | The idea is to have automated email go out for bugs based on the value of a custom field. I'm going to try customizing the script from bug id 6646. Any comments etc are welcome. I will upload the script I end up using when it is working (probably next week). From my boss's email: ANY new issue reported that contains: .and. FA STATUS <> "Delivered to Customer" will result in a special URGENT EMAIL NOTIFICATION TO BE SENT TO an ALIAS that is to be determined. That notification should be resent at 8am and 4pm every day until the field "FA STATUS is set to "Delivered to Customer" | ||||
| Additional Information | I have been administrating our Mantis server for over a year and have done quite a bit of "learn as I go" php customization so far. This will probably be the biggest custom change I've made yet to v1.0.8. Thanks to the Mantis creators and anyone who can help. This free software has basically saved my employment since the economy went south... :) | ||||
