Bug in Diff on http://www.mantisbt.org/localization.php

When i click "view diff" I get this failure:
Warning: file(mantis/lang/strings_.txt): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/httpd/vservers/htdocs/mantisbt.org/local_diff.php on line 92

Please do somthing.
