Remove "Assign To" in confirm page

I have a problem I was unable to resolve, so I ask for help
When I confirm an issue i would like to remove "assign to" box (I assign an issue after).
is It possible???

There is no configuration option for this.
If you want this feature, you have to change the source code of MantisBT (bug_change_status_page.php).
