Summary	0009776: Mantis XMLRPC API
Description	This is a port of MantisConnect with XMLRPC rather than SOAP API. http://gggeek.altervista.org/2008/10/30/an-xmlrpc-connector-for-mantis/ I've attached a v0.1 of it here.
