Summary0006945: custom checbox field values are not being updated
Description

I have defined a custom field checkbox "Customer Issue".

It always displays the checkbox checked by default. Whenever the custom field is updated it is not reflected when the issue is revisited. Morever the issue history also does not reflect any updates to the custom field
