Summary0013386: custom fields are not localized in excel export
Description

I have defined 4 custom fields with equal custom czech translation. The localization is set to Czech.
When those fields are included in CSV export - the transaltion is OK but not in Excel export.

Custom field names included in excel export are the same as they were defined and not translated.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Mantis menu: In My Account - Manage Columns
2) Copy custom fields from All Available Columns to the Excel Columns section.
3) Click on Update columns As default for all projects button.
4) Click on link to proceed.
5) Mantis menu: View Issues.
6) Set Issue list to export.
7) Click on Excel Export

Final excel export file does not contain translated custom field names.
