Summary0012186: Creating and updating an issue,it fails to redirect to another page.
Description

Whenever I am creating and updating an issue in mantis, it fails to redirect to another page(ex. view.php?id=x). Checking the database, the modification have been updated. For example:
I added a note for one bug and clicked the "add note" button. then the URL jumped to "http://192.168.0.198:8081/mantis/bugnote_add.php" from "http://192.168.0.198:8081/mantis/view.php?id=165", and the process of submitting is very slow, and the page is blank(no any contents, refer to the attachment), and cannot auto-redirect bug_view page. If click the return button of IE the page is switched to "http://192.168.0.198:8081/mantis/view.php?id=165",and the new note was added successfully.
Why is it(blank page).

I am experiencing the same Problem.

Have you been able to fix this issue?

I am using Mantis 1.2.0, Windows Server 2003 R2 (32 Bit), Apache 2.2.4, PHP 5.2.4 and MySQL 5.0.45

I was able to resolve this issue in our environment. The mailing method was SMTP and the configured mailserver was not available.

Changing the mailing method resolved the problem (in my case).

enable display error in php config, to (probably) see the error message ;)
or consult apache & php logs

This issue is not reproducible with the current version of MantisBT.

We recommend that you upgrade to the latest stable version [1]; if after doing so the problem persists, do not hesitate to reopen the issue, with additional relevant information (e.g. as mentioned by LapinKiller in previous note).
