The first place to start would be http://www.mantisbt.org/manual/manual.troubleshooting.jpgraph.php .

Please try using version 1.2.0RC2 as a huge number of changes to graphing support have been made recently.

The important thing to remember when jpgraph is that you download the latest version from their website and unzip it into /libraries/jpgraph/ in your Mantis folder. It isn't free software so we can't bundle it directly with the Mantis download.

Also you mentioned an attachment, however I think you may have forgotten to attach your file. Can you please copy+paste the error into a note here?

Thanks

The original article described how to link to the raw graph directly. This should allow php errors to show up, rather than a "broken image" symbol.
