Unable to start httpd

Dear Team,

We are using mnatis with httpd and below are the configurations.

We tried to Load Module PHP7, but its unable to load

httpd.conf
LoadModule php7_module modules/libphp7.so

/var/log/messages

Tried reinstalling (yum remove mod_php / yum install mod_php / yum remove php / yum install php)

OS :Oracle Linux 8
Server version: Apache/2.4.37 (Oracle Linux)
