I have an issue with the login, only for the admin users does the mantisbt ask for a password, but the other user levels just write the user name and log in without a password, when impersonating the username and reviewing the user account, in the password field showing this message: "Passwords are no more, you cannot change them!".

That is not a Mantis message afaik. Do you have something like a password tool running?
