Anyone know of a good Epic/Story/Task plugin?

I'm new to Mantis and have been trying to figure out how to simulate an Epic/Story/Task structure. It looks like AgileMantis would have helped but it seems to be have been discontinued (I'm on the latest version of MantisBT). Anyone have any suggestion on an agile plugin (I've got Taskodrome and MantisKanban already but they don't give me the structure I was hoping for)?

Here is my latest version. It can be used in combination with my Usergroup plugin which allows to give tasks to departments rather than to individuals.
Perhaps is can work for you.
