Manage Plugin Page is blank

Hello
At some point the manage plugin page stopped loading. When I click inspect I get the following error
Content Security Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource at inline (“script-src”)
My version information is as follows
MantisBT Version 2.24.4
Schema Version 210
PHP Version 7.4.24
Database Driver pgsql
Database Version, Description 10.19, PostgreSQL 10.19 (Ubuntu 10.19-0ubuntu0.18.04.1) on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, compiled by gcc (Ubuntu 7.5.0-3ubuntu1~18.04) 7.5.0, 64-bit
Last time I was installing a plugin it worked fine, but that was over a year ago.
