I tried to follow this topic but the ports they use to reach gmail are close on my machine.
We figured out why it works on some server, it's because those use an old VLAN.
We switched the integration environment from the new to the old VLAN and the problem disappeared.
Unfortunatly we can't use no more the old VLAN for a Production environment.
It's the Palo Alto Firewall that blocks MANTIS SMTP requests on the new VLAN.
He deems them as invalid SMTP request and blocks them until MANTIS writes a SMTP request he deems valid.
We will try to catch a SMTP request frame on the network to analyse.
