changing the project ID

Hello everyone!
Accidentally deleted a project with ID=33 that displayed an ad from the Annonce plugin (I forgot to delete it beforehand). Now I get the plugin error APPLICATION ERROR #700 Project "33" was not found. Is there any way to create a new section with ID=33 so that I can delete the ad? Thanks for the help

I guessed that this should be done, but I didn't understand how to do it. Can I go into more detail?

open phpmyadmin and select the project table, add one record using the correct id.
