Hello team,

I'd upgraded mantisbt 1.2.4 to mantis 2.25.2. After sort outing some issues, I successfully upgraded.

Unfortunately, sometimes the user accounts were blocking, could not log in more to mantisbt (also tried the password reset in DB).

I couldn't find why this happening, anyone can help me with this?
