importing tasks to a project from EXCEL

dear developers,
please tell me, where can I get information about importing tasks into their EXCEL project?
interested in the alignment of columns and in what format should the file be loaded?
Now when I try to upload a csv file, I get the error
APPLICATION ERROR #200
The "defaultcategory" parameter required for this page was not found.
