Trouble upgrading from 1.1.8

I'm trying to upgrade from 1.1.8 to 2.24.2 and all the Pre-installation checks show good but everytime I click "Install/Upgrade Database" I just get redirected to the login page instead.
If I select "Print SQL Queries instead of Writing to the Database" it shows that the script is at step 107.
