Hi to everyone,
i'm new to MantisBT and I'm doing some testing.
I need a plugin that allows me to turn tickets into faqs...
I found this:

but it's really obsolete ...
I ask to you if there are other plugins to do this

Correct, that plugin is for an older version.

So, did it work with the latest version and plugins? Because that's a great function that I'd like to add on a site I'm working on; it really makes the user's experience better, and the administrator's as well, since you don't have to answer the same questions every time.

It worked perfect with version 1 of Mantis.
In case there is enough interest, I could provide an upgrade to version 2.
