Mantis for Security Incidents Handling

I need to deploy a tool for security incidents handling, under ISO 27035 (Security Incident Management), anyone can help me if I can use MantisBT like tool for this?. Another question, Do you know business case where dploying mantisbt in Security Information Areas?
