Issues creating new entries with attachment

Hello,

We recently upgrade Mantis (from 2.3.1 to 2.25.7) and everything went pretty smooth, except for the creation of new entries with attachments.

If we ad an attachment during the creation of an entry, the moment we create it we can see the attachment being loaded. The entry is created succefully (we receive the email notification and the new entry is correcty added to the right group, with the attachment), but we are stuck on the creation page.
If we click a second time on the creation button we get a #2800 error, which we are completely fine with as there can't be two entries with the same ID.

When creating a new entry without attachment there is no problem.
When adding an attachment to an existing entry there is no problem either.


We hope you may have a solution, or maybe an hint to help us correct it.
