Porting Bugzilla 5.1.2 DB to MantisBT

Hello everyone, this is my first post on a forum, please be kind if I make mistakes.

I'm writing because in my company we are trying to move from Bugzilla 5.1.2 to MantisBT (any recent version should be okay), but I don't know how to port my database of users, projects, issues etc. in Mantis.
I found this issue https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=7469#c67903 from years ago with a comment where a mantis dev (I guess (?)) suggests another user to ask here in the forum.

I have no experience with PHP, so I can't really understand how the scripts you can find in that issue work, if they could fit my case, or how to use them.
Did any of you manage to do this? Can anybody help me, please?

I am also attempting to do this but not seeing an up to date info. The scripts are from like 10 years ago.

Well you can use this one: http://www.l3jane.net/lady/factory/bugzilla2mantis and migrate first to Mantis 1.2. Once done you can upgrade to version 2.x.
Or use bugzilla2mantisV5 ( as found in in the bugreport) and migrate first to mantis 1.3.3. Once done you can upgrade to version 2.x.
