Problems installing Mantis 2.26

I am trying to install Mantis 2.26. But when I run the configuration file and enter all the necessary information, it tells me that I have an error in the database password.

I go to the database (MySQL, database name: bugtracker3) and change the user's password (it's called mantis3) and verify that the user has full access, however it always shows a database error.

Mistake:
BAD - Does user have access to the administrative database? (No such file or directory).

Any suggestion.
