Dear All,
We currently have the problem that our helpdesk does not receive emails when a new problem is reported.
I have already installed the Event Viewer, but I can also see that the selected persons are not included as recipients for a new ticket.
Unfortunately, I do not know where I can still make settings.
Maybe someone can help me?

all the other ones do get the email, just helpdesk not?

Yes that's right.
If someone watches the ticket or leaves a note, they will always be notified and the distributor will be contacted. Only when someone opens a new ticket only the reporter gets an email and no one else.
I have already tested different settings but I see no real error
