Right now the way our system is configured everyone gets notification when a new ticket is opened. I'd like to change it so that emails for new tickets would only go to whoever was assigned them.
I'd also like to be able to have default assignee's for projects, but I don't see anyway to do such a thing. We have several developers, and it doesn't make sense for everyone to get notification when a new bug is added, only the "managers" for a project, or the assignee if someone knows who it's supposed to go to.
Only send email notification if assigned or if subscribed
