Summary by Category problem

This is how my Summary page by Category looks like. I thought I'll get the report with the entire Bug category in one place, not like this by projects and then by category, although all the categories are the same? Am I doing something wrong, or this is like it is supposed to be?

I think that this has been flagged as a bug in the tracker already (#5663).
