custom field position

I have created a custom field, but it automatically positiones the field in the bottom of the page. How can I make my custom field appear above other standard fields, or in between them?

This capability doesn't exist right now. It is planned when we move to a template based system for display of issues.

You could edit the bug*report_page and bug*update_page to re-arrange the information.
