Time custom fields

Hello
please i want to create three custom fields.
the first one for "began time problem".
the second one for "end time problem".
the third one for the difference time between, began time problem filed and end time problem field
can any one help me please

i user this two line
$g_due_date_update_threshold = DEVELOPER;
$g_due_date_view_threshold = REPORTER;
and a time date field appear in all pages.
first i want to know how can i disappear this field from some page
second how to change the title caption
third how to add the second field
