Hi all,
we use Mantis for a few Weeks. Now we changed to Suse 11.2, all other PHP Applications are working, but mantis looks like this:

No, nothing changed. But yesterday the DNS changed.
I don't have any idea whats going on.I have PHP 5.3.0 on this machine and the mantis is installed in the mainproject.

Now I understand what you mean.
Maybe these thoughts help in some way.
My first answer was a test from another machine behind a proxy, I saw your page without any problem.
Now I am connected from another place, no proxy, and I see only wild characters
ATM I dont't find a link but I remember one curios similiar issue in MantisBT where removing an emtpty line at the end of config_inc.php fixed the problem.

but at first sight, seems to be another problem (my thought was that your wild characters are caused by a wrong interpretation of the MantisBT logo picture)

Further hint:
Loading your page with FF 3.6 shows the wild characters
Loading your page with IE 7 throws an error: Access denied
Did you change your login page like: if (browserFromMicrosoft) throw execption

That's exact the problem. But remove this line is not the solution for me
I don't understand why the devs leave the php brackets open, that makes no sense, for me.
Downgrade to 1.8 failed. The only way is running mantis on an older webserver and i hope in new releases these problems are fixed.
