Of course this is possible with knowledge of the database model and some SQL statements.
But AFAIK there is no one click solution for this, at least in 1.1.
Search the forum and the bugtracker. I am pretty sure you are not the one who needs this.
Maybe there are alreay some scripts to support this.
In version 1.2 there is an export/import plugin available.
